In-person yoga is held at the Sunnyside Grange at 132nd & SE Sunnyside Rd. on Mon and Wed evenings.

Relax and rejuvenate with the Love Your Brain Yoga Class specifically designed for people with brain injury, stroke and/or aphasia. These are taught online and our students come from all over the world!

Kirsten Klug partners with the North Clackamas Parks & Rec to offer yoga in the park summer Tuesday 6:45pm 06/23/26 to 09/1/26 at The yoga is offered under a grove of oak and ash trees with birds, bunnies and squirrels all around. Sunsets, too.

Please wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat and if you would like a blanket. We have blocks, stretching straps and extra blankets.
The door opens at 6:50pm and we try to start class close to 7:00pm. Class is typically done by 8:00pm unless we start late, then we may go over if it is okay with everyone in the class.
Yoga is the union of breath and movement. Flexibility in our bodies and brain improves from doing yoga practice. We look forward to seeing you!
Kirsten teaches all ages - what age do you feel that you are today? Yoga can help you feel younger if you would like.
Chairs are available for our yoga at the Sunnyside Grange and chair poses will be provided if students are using the chair. We have a regular student who uses the chair, so you most often will not be the only one using the chair.
Healthy & Fun Choices is a way of living that opens us up on new ways to live with courage and bravery. You will learn these skills in yoga classes, on our guided nature walks, in kindness groups and reading the book. You can also bring Kirsten into your business for a workshop or interactive team building experience.
