Our vision at Healthy & Fun Choices is to be the leading provider of helping people with disabilities create positive impact through their ideas for advocacy and innovative solutions for positive impact.
Either you come up with your ideas and we help you realize them. Or we can help you raise funding in order to help build more healthy and fun experiences for individuals who have faced adversity and still want joy.
We are in the process of connecting people to places, experiences and growth. Whether it is having a safe and fun spot in your home town or finding a travel experience that takes into consideration your needs.

Don't keep thinking about ideas or asking if this will work or not. Instead, Kirsten can help you move forward in action and provide ways to measure results. That way, you can adjust and go with more flow and ease!

Our team has over three decades in graphic design and writing that will get the attention needed for your success. Communication is what provides connection and community. Let's figure out how we can get your message out to the right people.

Only eight years ago Kirsten was told she may never walk or talk. Within that time, not only has she persevered through 17 surgeries, downsize of house, divorce, raising teens, and building business ideas that create positive impact.

Express ideas in a way that is understood, aligned, and easy for others to act on.

Find fresh, practical solutions that move you forward instead of keeping you stuck.

Create simple, supportive structures that reduce stress and improve flow.

Use AI as a practical tool to simplify workflows and increase efficiency—without losing your voice or vision.

Shift from burnout to momentum by building a path that feels motivating and sustainable.

Step away from daily demands to reset, reconnect, and realign with what matters most; this could be daily, weekly, monthly and or quarterly and yearly.

Kirsten launched a 501(c)(3) to bring Healthy & Fun Choices into schools, partnering with Portland Public, Gladstone, and North Clackamas School Districts—while securing grants, sponsorships, and a collaboration with the Portland Timbers.

After 18 years coaching with Meadows Race Team, Kirsten launched her own program when her high school team was cut—continuing to support five schools and expanding into snowboarding in 2025. Athletes qualified for state and trained 30+ days, even in low-snow conditions.

Recognizing gaps in communication and safety, Kirsten created Slope Stewards™ to bring contacts, race schedules, and critical mountain information into one place. Launched in the 2025/26 season, the app successfully supported Three Rivers League Ski Racing—delivering structure and confidence during a demanding winter.

After a store fire, Kirsten helped Montavilla Sewing Centers rebuild through a community-driven model of classes and events—restoring trust, expanding marketing, and growing from one to four locations in under ten years.

After noticing inconsistent messaging at Independent Actuaries, Kirsten led a branding initiative that clarified their value through a unified booklet—helping drive growth and leading to an employee buyout within a few years.

Our campaigns not only drove results for our clients—they were also recognized for creative excellence:
Throughout her work, Kirsten has not only supported individual businesses—she has contributed to ideas and approaches that have influenced how industries operate, market, and grow today.

With over three decades as a business owner and educator, Kirsten Klug helps leaders and businesses grow through aligned strategy, creative solutions, and systems that actually work.
