Here is a short list of some whole health benefits. Whole health is looking at what information, ideas, food, exercises, movements, love, and experiences we put into our life in order to fully benefit.
So often people think it is just what we eat that controls how much we weigh. Or others believe that messages we listen to controls how we think. Life is so much more and has so many contributions to create a great life.
A kite can’t fly without wind. Yet if it is too windy and has too much resistance, it will go down. Whole health is an awareness that takes time to understand all of the benefits. Even negative experiences can have positive affects.
