Description
10 Yoga Flow, Balanace & Strength classes with Kirsten Klug at the Sunnyside Grange on June 19, 21, July 3, 5, 10, 12, Aug 21, 23 and 28, 30 from 7-8pm. Class will emphasize flow, strength and balance. It can be done on a mat you bring or chair (provided). After saving her life after trauma and major accidents, Kirsten brings Trauma-informed, Flow, Balance, Strength, Chair and Love Your Brain experience with many years of practice. Her students glow after class and say that it was exactly what they needed!
