One of the discussions we have during workshops is eating colorful foods. That way, we get all the nutrients our bodies need to thrive.
Kaia and Dane help teach a dance to 12,000 kids at Providence Healthy Kids’ Day with the Portland Timbers. This program was built up from the programs we partnered with the Timbers that went into schools, now the schools come to Providence Park to learn and have fun!

We partnered with the Portland Timbers to take the program and books into schools in North Clackamas, Barlow, Gresham and Portland school districts reaching 6,500 students during their field days. The program led to Healthy Kids’ Days at Providence Park now serving 12,000 youth!
